it is decided to start the process of drafting the
Memorandum of Association for the new
organization which, we all, have thought over.
The association will be named as,
All India Ex-Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen Association
and got registered at the ealiest.
AN URGENT REQUEST
Now I would request all those interested veterans who would like
to be associated with the Association as Founder Members and
as Office Bearers, such as State Presidents,
Distt. Presidents should post their particulars in the comment
column of this post as follows.

Presidents.First time they will be nominated on ad-hoc
basis for one year by the National body to form a nucleus,
then afterwards they will be elected as per the procedure
to be adopted by the respective States and Distts to be decided
by them.One who can spare only money can offer to be a
founder member)
All the State Presidents and first 20 Founder Members will be

accommodated as members of Governing Body at National level.
Remaining all founder members will be members of the
Executive Body at National Level. Like wise, all Distt Presidents
will be the members of the Executive Bodies of their respective
States Bodies. There will be 5 Zonal Vice Presidents
of the National body representing North, South,
East, West and Central Zones. Constituent states will
elect their Zonal Vice Presidents out of the State Presidents.
There will be one Senior Vice President who will be
elected by the National Executive Body in its First meeting
at Patiala, as,already, suggested by the members earlier.
Presidents at National , State and Distt level will elect their
office bearers, such as Gen. Secy., Finance Secy. and Secy.
Publicity etc. themselves.

Many Thanks for taking the noble cause forward.
I would be more than happy to become part of this movement. Since I am staying in Navi Mumbai and can contribute thru physical presence here and thru mail/chat box and phone. The Ex servicemen strengh in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and adjoining thane-kalyan is in thousands.
Can meet at our Hq Patiala while been to native place (Fatehabad Dist-just two hour journey to Patiala) 2-3 times in a year.
Membership fee are OK, i think.
Meantime kindly submit memo. on IESL L/H under your sign.
