1. Any suggestion at this stage to anyone of the Top brass of IESM will go futile. We vowed to fight the Bubus and Bureaucrats who are the hurdles in implementation of OROP. The way our so called IESM is working and has been organised on the pattern of Bureaucrats and existing Army Rank structure i.e in a Pyramid form speaks volumes.
2. The suggestion Rendered by you are not new , these have been given from time to time if you dig out old emails from Pujab ESM cadre in the past. The reason may be proximity of IESM HQ near to AHQ and Parliament that they are more in a position to assess the Quality control of affiliation to Political party.
3. At preset the Congress Govt is no mood to call IESM for any type of Discussions in the Interest of ESM, but IESM has become hard nut to crack. They are allocating appointments like political parties allocated Tickets for the elections. IESM is busy in appointments, collection of funds and medals to create a world record and energies channalise in creating wedge between the existing Punjab ESM organisations. The Gen Secy is camping in Bhatinda since last two days to ensure and pursue ESM of Bhatinda to come in support of IESM .The situation with IESM can be visualised .
4. I take this opportunity to congratulate Prabhjot Singh from Patiala, President IESL oldest and non-political body of ESM for taking up cause of Havildars and Subedar Majors . Scanned copy of Times of India News dated 27-09-09 is attached. He is not waiting for IESM formation or reorganisation
5. I only request you sir ( Brig Ghuman) not to disturb IESM nor suggest anything as they have no time or accept constructive suggestions. They believe any letter issued by them is full of wisdom and has to be treated as AI/AO, no change or retreat is acceptable. Keep watching and lets carry on our task to achieve the Target, of OROP and anomalies in the Pay commission.

ReplyDeleteMY FRIEND WHO IS WORKING IN ORDNANCE FACTORY OF MOD WITH BP OF 4500 IN FIFTH PAY COMMISSION WILL BE GETTING GRADE PAY OF 4200 VERY SHORTLY, AND OTHER STAFF WITH BP OF 5000 ARE GOING TO BE UPGRADED TO PB-2 VERY SHORTLY DUE TO GREAT EFFORTS BY THEIR UNIONS.WE TO CAN ACHIEVE THE SAME IF WE FIGHT UNITEDLY.XSGT RAMANAREDDY
