  1. Isn't it too early to thank these politicians who have taken sweat out of us while in sevice and consider us as discards on retirement.didn't they treat us so shabbily even in granting this meager amount in the name of parity in pension.this is a piece of bone thrown towards the barking dog to make it silent.they now how to play with the helpless soldiers and they know that we are not united in our fight for our right.Arn't they taking advantage of the rift within us.can't we sort out the differences and join hands to fight together to achieve OROP.I think we have shown them our weakness and they are manipulating it to their convenience and our strenght, is already been utised by them while we were in service. By openly showing them that we are disunited gives politicians double strenght to let us down easily.pl go through the different statments issued by Mr finance minister,Defence minister and to ice the cake PM's.Now, see the timing of announcement of this order.IT is nothing but mokery of our disunity.chatwal sir kindly look in to it seriously and try to bring all under one umbrella to fight for the cause.

  2. Dear Veteran Kasaragod,
Regards. Thanks for visiting this blog of veterans ,for the veterans and being managed by your brother veteran. Please wait for my detailed reply to your most suggestive comment since I am to leave for cetain pre-brakfast medical check-ups of my best half.I call her best half and not better half since she has been allowing me to spare sufficient time to remain in the company of veterans which was otherwise her (R)her right by virtue of being better half of a soldier who could provide her only bread and not the butter.

Dear Dinesh - getting united towards fulfilment of our realistic demand, that mission has already been launched by Our respected Veteran PJS Ji Chhatwal and that mission has also started showing great results.
