Dear Sohi,
Though I am not member of IESM yet going through the E-Mails I would like to put forward certain suggestions for considerations by all ESM.

Any organisation when registered ad hoc committee has to give an undertaking that organisation will work democratically. I am indeed surprised to see that the office bearers are imposed from the top thus ignoring the popular ones. This has happened with IESM.

This type of attitude will fail us in our mission. Secondly PBOR strength is much more than that of officers. Hence there is a requirement of inducting more other ranks in the organization as per their ground work.

How many PBOR have the facility of receiving your E=Mails. Perhaps not even one percent. How can you run any organization on E-mails only? You must establish affordable channel of communication with them.

We the SEWA Punjab are ready to join any organization in mass provided selfless workers are brought to lead the organization. All decisions are taken collectively. Mass support is created. If it is an apolitical organization. We will have no objection if some body wants to fight Election with the support of all ESM.

In the service of all ESM Col Kuldip Singh Grewal (retd) at the moment President State Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association (SEWA) Punjab
