Sub:- Joint Notification for Family Pension

with un-married daughters above the

age of 25.

Govt. of India has been kind enough to issue the orders regarding eligibility of un-married daughters of Armed Forces Personnel for Grant of Family Pension beyond 25 years of Age vide their letter No. 1(3)/2007-D(Pen/Policy) dt. 25^th October, 2007.

2. But the policy/provision regarding the processing of joint notification during the life time of ex-serviceman in respect of entitled un-married daughter for family pension has, so far, not been made.

3. As such, we request you to make provision for the same so that the entitled un-married daughter does not face any problem at the time of contingency.
